Reporting a calculation problem
These are the most important messages we receive, and we treat them as bugs. To help us reproduce the issue quickly, please include:
- Which calculator you were using
- The exact times and breaks you entered
- The overtime rule and rounding setting you had selected
- The result you expected, and the result you got
Requesting a state rule
If your state has a daily overtime rule, a meal-break requirement or a premium-pay rule we do not currently handle, let us know which state and, if you have it, a link to the relevant labour department page. We prioritise by how many people are affected.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to give legal, tax or payroll advice, review your individual pay dispute, or contact an employer on your behalf. If you believe you have been underpaid, your state labour department or the federal Wage and Hour Division is the right place to start.
