The short version
Your time card never leaves your device. Every calculation happens in your browser, we have no accounts and no database of your hours, and we cannot see what you enter. The only third party with any access is our advertising provider, which may set cookies as described below.
Information you enter into the calculators
Times, breaks, hourly rates and any other values you type into a calculator are processed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. They are not sent to us, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone.
If you use the Save button, your entries are written to your browser's local storage on that device. Local storage is readable only by this website in that browser. It is not transmitted anywhere. You can remove it at any time with the Clear button, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These may include your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request. They are used for security and to understand aggregate traffic levels, and are not linked to anything you enter into a calculator.

This site is supported by display advertising and uses Google AdSense.

Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we do not operate accounts or hold a database of personal information you have submitted, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on request. Data held locally in your browser is under your control and can be cleared by you at any time. If you have emailed us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
